1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by us)

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items marked as Final Sale


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified by email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within [3–10 business days]

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

⚠️ Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • The product is defective

  • The product arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)

  • Digital products

  • Items damaged after delivery


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipping

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
